Heavy Equipment
Three-Axle Low Loader
Client / Vanderlift
Vanderlift's three-axle low loader is a heavy equipment trailer built for oversized loads. The visualisation brief covered both marketing-ready hero angles and technical detail shots of the hydraulic and deck systems.
Array Design Studio delivered front and rear hero renders, three-quarter marketing angles, and close-up detail passes on the below-deck structure and hydraulic control assembly, all built to support both sales collateral and engineering documentation.

The Vanderlift Build
Vanderlift's three-axle low loader had to read two ways at once: as marketing-ready hero imagery, and as an engineering reference precise enough to double as documentation.
As a heavy equipment trailer built for oversized loads, the low loader's value is in its deck and hydraulic systems as much as its silhouette, so the render set couldn't stop at a flattering three-quarter angle.
Front and rear hero renders were built alongside close-up detail passes on the below-deck structure and hydraulic control assembly, each modelled to a level of mechanical accuracy that holds up under an engineer's eye, not just a glance.
The result is a single consistent render set that serves sales collateral and engineering documentation from the same source, rather than requiring separate imagery for each audience.

Behind the project
The Brief
A dual-purpose brief: sales-ready hero imagery that also had to stand in as accurate engineering reference.
Reference & Chassis Detail
Axle configuration, deck geometry, and hydraulic system layout established from technical reference before modelling began.
Modelling & Mechanical Detail
The hydraulic control assembly and below-deck structure modelled to hold up under close, technical inspection.
Studio Lighting & Render
A shared lighting and material setup carried across front and rear hero angles and every mechanical detail pass.
Behind the scenes
Built to drawing standard, not just to camera angle.
The low loader model was never built purely for marketing stills. Axle spacing, deck geometry, and every hydraulic and structural component were modelled to engineering-drawing tolerances from the outset, which means the same source model can serve sales imagery and technical documentation without a separate simplified version being built for either.
This orthographic set is pulled directly from that model rather than redrawn by hand, giving Vanderlift a set of accurate front, side, rear, and plan views ready to drop straight into technical diagrams and the OEM manual.
